What is a venture studio, exactly?
We build companies ourselves rather than only funding them. QoRexa creates the operating system for an industry, then starts and runs a company on top of it. A studio, not a fund.
How is this different from an agency or a SaaS vendor?
An agency hands you a deliverable. A vendor hands you a license. We operate the business on the software, so we feel the same problems the staff do and fix them at the source.
What does AI-native actually mean here?
The work itself, answering calls, booking, billing, following up, is done by the system, with people supervising. It is not a chatbot bolted onto old software.
Which industries do you work in?

What is live versus in build?
ClinHQ is in production with real clinics. Our logistics and field-services ventures are honestly still in build, and we are looking for design partners to shape them.
Do you sell the software on its own?
Our model is to build and run companies, not to ship shrink-wrapped software. If you are an operator who wants to partner, that is a different and very welcome conversation.
